Olayinka Obafisoye is an accomplished education practitioner with well over 15 years of teaching and leading experience.

Her career is born out of a passion to be an effective instrument of positive change in the education sector.

She is driven by the firm belief that “Every Child Matters” and as such make progress, irrespective of their ability.

A British citizen, she spent most of her 10 years in England in a Roman Catholic Junior School in the London borough of Havering, where she taught as a class teacher, and also as the Literacy Coordinator.

She later on pioneered the position of English as an Additional Language {EAL} Coordinator until the time of her exit in December 2013.

Her excellent classroom practices have earned her being referred to as “outstanding” by her previous Headteacher, Mrs Clare D’Netto. She obtained like assessment when observed by OFSTED officials in England.

Olayinka was the first Instructor/franchisee in the East London area of Stratford for Kumon -the largest educational body of its kind in the UK.

She is proud of her Meadow Hall ‘heritage’ as she was the first Year 4 teacher in the history of the school, eleven years ago. A graduate of the University of Ibadan {B Ed.}.

Olayinka holds a Post Graduate Degree from Middlesex University, London and her Qualified Teacher Status {QTS} from the National College of Teaching and Leadership, England.

She also holds a Masters degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos.

She is happily married with two boys.
