ALPHA TERM 2018/19 SESSION
- Kindly check the days and time of the various activities to avoid clashes.
- Registration is for one activity per day, excluding Music Academy which can be accommodated without clashes
- Please note that aside from the After School Care, activities are for Explorers and Discoverers
- Students must be properly kitted for their chosen activity; i.e .shoes, socks and shin guards for football. Football boots should have soft studs
- Appropriate swimming attire is required, with goggles and caps for children with long hair. Swim suits must be youth friendly and non-revealing, one-piece swim suits are highly recommended.
- Saturday sport programme is a different arrangement, kindly pick up form(s) at the front desk for registration.
- To register for Music Academy, kindly pick up a registration form from the front desk and confirm that the slot you want is available before you make payment
- Payment should be made upfront for the term
- Please confirm availability of space before making payment for Learning Centre, it’s strictly on first come first served basis.
- Activities will commence on Monday 17th September, 2018.
- Classes will hold only with a reasonable number of registered children. If the minimum number is not met, parents will be asked to consider another activity for their children.
- Children are encouraged to continue in the same activity/activities for the whole session. This would help them gain a good level of mastery in the chosen activities, especially the sports.
- Children should be picked up promptly at 2:30pm on Thursdays and 3:30pm on Tuesdays and 5:00pm on Learning Centre days
