Required Documents:
1. Reference from applicant’s current school.
2. Recent Passport Photograph
3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
4. Photocopy of Immunization Record
5. Transcript or Photocopies of past school results for three previous & consecutive years.
- Date for the assessment is communicated to Parents
- Successful candidates examination numbers will be published on our website.
- Interview is scheduled for both Parents and candidate
- An interview does not guarantee placement in Meadow Hall
- Offer letter is issued and parents will be informed via Email
- Acceptance fee to be paid within stipulated time as stated in letter of offer.
***Only Pupils who will be 11 years old by 31st August 2026 will be eligible for entry into Year 7 for 2026/2027 session.

MIDSTREAM ADMISSION
Admissions from other schools during the academic year are based on availability of space in the required class. Students seeking such admissions will be required to provide previous school records and character reference.
***Please note that we do not admit students into Year 10, Year 11 and Year 12.
ONLINE APPLICATION
Online applications will only be processed:
1. If a non-refundable application fee of N70,000 (Seventy Thousand Naira) is paid into the school Naira account and a scanned receipt of payment received by the school account department.
2. If all required documents have been received by the Admissions Manager.
